Our newly developed, family-friendly thermal complex is thoughtfully designed for comfort, flow, and accessibility, welcoming guests of all ages to relax at their own pace. With easy pathways, spacious layouts, and seamless access throughout, the experience also features Costa Rica’s only waterfall jump. Additional thermal pools extend along the Tizate River, where riverfront soaking areas sit beside a cascading waterfall within lush jungle surroundings. With monkeys and parrots often overhead, the setting delivers a fully immersive and naturally tranquil escape.

Amenities include towel service, showers, changing rooms, and secure lockers. Guests can alternate between hot and cold pools, enjoy cocktails at the swim-up bar, and dine à la carte with dishes prepared using ingredients from our organic garden.
